Payment Options

We do not accept payment information over the phone. As an added measure of security, we do not accept credit card information or any other form of payment information over the telephone. If paying with a credit/debit card or PayPal, please place your order through the online shop.

We cannot accept cheques. The cheque as a form of payment has been phased out in Germany for many years now. Unfortunately, this means that we are not able to accept cheques; therefore, payments for invoices must be made via bank transfer or PayPal. Please contact customer service if you would like to pay for your invoice with a credit card.


Bank Details

In order to make the payment process as simple as possible for you, we provide you with a number of bank accounts. In many cases, we can also provide our customers abroad with a local banking connection.

Choose the payment method which is most convenient for you. For some payment methods, we even offer you a discount! Of course, the transaction of online payment methods are processed through a secure connection and is therefore, as safe as current technology allows.
If you would like your order to include express delivery, then you may not choose the prepay option. Customers from public institutions, authorities or large companies should please contact our customer service in order to arrange individual payment options.

Please also understand that orders placed on account may be subject to a thorough verification process. We will only authorize payment on account to customers who we believe meet the above mentioned credentials. Therefore, it is important to assure that all input information is accurate. In addition to the card details, we require the card verification number during the transaction process. This three or 4 digit number is found on the backside of your credit card.
