Take a throat swab sample with an included, sterile swab
Place 6 drops (approx. 400ul) of extraction solution in a reaction vial
Place the swab in the raction vial and mix the reagents with vigor for approx. 1 minute
Remove as much liquid as possible from the swab by pressing and rolling it against the inside of the vial
Dispose of the swab
Set the dropper cap on the reaction vial
Lay the test cassette on a flat, clean working surface and place 3 drops (approx. 120ul) of the test solution in the sample opening
Start the timer
After 15 minutes, the test results can be read
Results read after 20 minutes should no longer be valued as reliable
