How to order with Blue Care – the most important ordering steps at a glance!

The following is an explanation of how to order through the online shop. For information on ordering via purchase order, please refer to our process for Placing Purchase Orders.

Note: we do not accept payment information over the phone. As an added measure of security, we do not accept credit card information or any other form of payment information over the telephone. If paying with a credit/debit card or PayPal, please place your order through the online shop

The Way to the Article you need

We have separated our navigation into 3 main categories (Human, Dental, Vitamins ) with thematic subcategories in each. Within the product categories, you have the option to further specify your requirements by using the filter to see the product characteristics you need.

As an alternative to searching the categories, you can use our intelligent search function. Simply input your search term into the large blue field and confirm. This function is always best when you have a specific article, category or information page in mind. Our intelligent search provides you with search suggestions and further supports you by automatically correcting typing errors.

Place Articles in your Basket

Once you have found the product of your choice, click the “Add to Basket” button to add it to your basket. If you would like to add more articles to your basket, please click on “continue shopping” and repeat the process until you have all the items you need in your basket.

View your Purchases in your Basket

As soon as you have at least one article in your basket, you can reach the basket page with one click on the button, “Go to Basket.” For a quick overview of everything in it, you can always click on the shopping trolley symbol, found on the upper right hand side of the page. If you have all of your desired items in your basket, then you may begin the payment process by clicking on the button, “Checkout.”

The Ordering Process – Four steps to your goal

The ordering process consists of 4 steps. First, in step 1, you will be asked for your address data. If you have not yet logged in with your Blue Care account, you may now log in by entering your email address and password. If you do not yet have a Blue Care account, you may either open a customer account or order as a guest. We recommend creating a free, customer account. This not only saves you time on future orders, as you do not need to input your address details again, but also offers you multiple ways of viewing your order and its current delivery status or for arranging returns.

When creating a new customer account or ordering as a guest, please complete all required fields regarding your delivery and billing address. By logging in with your account information, step 1 will automatically include your previously input delivery and billing details. Please carefully review your details and make any necessary changes. Commercial customers should also enter their VAT registration number. At the end of the address details page, you have the option of including a mobile telephone number, making it possible for us to conveniently inform you about the status of your delivery via text message.
Once you have filled out all required fields, please click on “continue” and you will be directed to step 2. Here, please select your delivery and payment methods and move on to step 3 with one click on “proceed.” In the “validation” step, you will find a complete overview of the articles in your basket, as well as address details and your chosen shipping and payment methods. If everything is to your satisfaction, complete the order by clicking on the “purchase” button. With that, your order has been completed. In step 4, we confirm receipt of your order. You will then be able to view or print your order and insure it with Trusted Shops against accidents.

Order Confirmation and Shipment of Goods

After successfully placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email containing all of the information about your order.  As soon as the goods leave our warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation email. By using the included tracking code, you can follow the status of your delivery online at any time. If you gave us your mobile number during the ordering process, then we will additionally inform you per text message about the status and delivery time of your package.

Placing Purchase Orders

If your surgery, organisation or institution prefers to use purchase orders, then we will gladly accept them. Please send your purchase order to cs@bluecaregroup.com. We will then process it as quickly as possible. Once processed, we will send you an order confirmation for your review. Our typical terms of payment require payment to be made within 10 days of the invoice date. However, if you need more time, please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate you. If the following information is not already on your purchase order form, please be sure to inform us of the billing address, shipping address and your VAT registration number (if applicable).
