We strive to arrange delivery of your wares as quickly and conveniently as possible. On this page, we provide you with a bit of information about our delivery service.

Typically, we ship our packages with the parcel service DPD (Dynamic Parcel Distribution). As soon as your wares leave our facility, you will receive a confirmation mail with a tracking code so that you can always follow your package and know where it is at all times.

For our customers in many countries, United states, France, Poland, Great Britain and Switzerland, we can now organize your parcel delivery even more flexibly: provide your mobile phone number during the ordering process and you will receive an SMS on the same day as your package is shipped, which contains information regarding the exact delivery date. If the delivery period is inconvenient for you, then you can postpone your delivery up to 3 days with a simple SMS response. Additionally, on the day of your delivery, you will receive another SMS with which we provide you details regarding the time of your delivery.
