Abbott’s reliable Bioline™ Dengue Duo one-step assay is designed for the qualitative detection of dengue virus NS1 antigens & IgG and IgM antibodies in human serum, plasma or whole blood samples. The test evaluation takes place after only 15 to 20 minutes. An internal quality control consisting of control and test line ensures reliable and correct test performance.
