Magill forceps from the Fuhrmann single-use instruments series. The disposable forceps are made of metal and, thus, offer the familiar feel of a reusable instrument. Thanks to the two disposable markings, consisting of a colored marking and a disposable symbol, the accidental mixing-up of disposable and reusable instruments is effectively prevented. 

As the Magill forceps are not reprocessed after use, but rather disposed of into an appropriate sharps bin, the risk of cross-contamination and cross-infection from unsatisfactory preparation can be safely eliminated.
