Preferred Delivery Date/Address

Our “Preferred Delivery” service is of course offered free of charge to you.

Preferred Date: Delivery on the indicated date

Not only do we deliver quickly and reliably, but also on the desired date. For example, if you are opening a new practice and would like the delivery of your equipment on a fixed date or prefer to have your consumables arrive immediately after your holiday, then you can easily make this happen. With the DPD predict app, you can conveniently manage your delivery on your smartphone. You can choose a different delivery date, arrange for delivery to a specific neighbor, have the package left in a secure place or you can opt to personally collect the package from the nearest DPD pickup point.

Preferred Address: Delivery to a different address

Are you active in multiple practices or organisations, yet equally responsible for purchasing, or would you simply prefer to have your items delivered to a private address? In such situations, we happily deliver your order to an address different from that of your billing address. Simply click on the option “Send to another delivery address” in step 1 “Address” of the ordering process and fill out the corresponding fields. You may save multiple delivery addresses in your customer account and conveniently choose the desired delivery address for each order.
